If you've ever taken a look at my gallery, you know I'm a fan of that impossible and yet so hot and sexy pairing of Nathan Drake and Lara Croft. This is my latest work, based on a scene from Uncharted 3 where Nate fell asleep on Elena's lap. I'm sorry but I don't care much for her.Characters belong to Square Enix and Naughty Dog. No copyright infringement intended.

Lara looked over at Nate. He was sitting at the square wood table, studying the ancient map while writing and sketching in his notebook. From where she was seated on the couch, she could see clearly the exhaustion on his face. All this intense research as to the whereabouts of the priceless desert artifact they're after had taken it's toll on him. She too had been taxed with helping Sully and Zip get all their resources together and arranged for the inevitable go ahead from Nate. But he, with some help from Alister, had been trying his damnedest to find the fastest, safest route through the dessert, while also thinking of ways they could elude the infamous dessert pirates. As a result, it made him look bushed. She looked at the clock...quarter past 4 pm. She turned back to look at him. He then let out a big yawn, put down his pencil and rubbed his eyes. With his hands clenched under his nose, he looked up at her.
"Come over here." She said. Without a word, he stood up and sat down next to her. She looked into his face felt her compassion swell for him. "Get some rest. You deserve it more than any of us here. We've plenty of time. You can figure all this out later. Get some sleep."
"Okay." With that he nestled down and laid his head on her lap. She had been expecting this and positioned herself to make him as comfortable as she could. His eyes then closed and he reached his left hand back behind his head, his palm open. Lara then opened her own left hand and placed it softly in his, planting her other on his shoulder and rubbing it the same way.
"Nite" Nate whispered. He'd already started off to dream land.
"Nite love." She whispered back.

Hey Sabor, do you know one of the scenes from Shadow Tomb Raider (Spoiler Alert!), Lara told Jonah she could have a family, her own family? It also slight reflects that she would love to get a boyfriend and then get married in the future after the game! Your novelΒ description between Lara and Nate is soo good!Β

This is like THE perfect Uncharted/TombRaider crossover. The way you mixed all the characters together felt really organic, and the relationship between Lara and Nate is totally believable and sweet.Β I can really see this playing out in my head.

Finally someone doesn't care for Elena as much as I do. xD haha, yes I love LOVE the new Lara Croft! I totally, totally ship this!
I just need to move my lazy butt and draw them together because they're a one dynamite ship!

There's quite a bit of Uncharted/Tombraider artwork around DA if you take the time to look for it. And there even used to be a group especially dedicated to that pairing but I think it died because I can't find it anymore...

You're welcome! Oh I just love them two! I saw your other pics and yes you are right you can find here on DA so much pics and it's really sad that there Isn't any group for them! >_< They are just awesome badass pairing! :-D That's also a reason why I made much of fanvideos on Youtube about them 
They just have to meet one day! That would be the most epic meeting in history and the producers would earn so much money with it! *o*

Lara looks very young compared to Nate, but still tough.
I wonder if you make an artwork with Nathan in Tomb Raider's world (Yamatai island for example)

Thank you! Yes, I'm very aware of the age difference but I really wanted to use Lara's new character model and I personally don't care about the age difference. That being said, I'm thinking that people can view the relationship as it is presented here in any way they want. This image could simply represent a strong bond between Nate and Lara without any sexual overtone whatsoever. It's all open for interpretation.
As for putting Nate in the Tomb Raider universe, you're totally right. It's a very good idea and I think I'll try that in the near future. Thank you for suggesting it!

Let's just say that my feelings towards her are very neutral. I certainly don't hate her but I can't say that I particularly like her either. However, I really like Chloe Fraser and I would have preferred if Nate had gotten together with her instead of Elena. But again, it's just a matter of taste, I guess.

Oh no, I agree completely XD nathan needed another adventurer to keep him in check, and I guess she needed her help as well, never played any tomb raider. Woman protagonists are awesome, but playing as the oppisite gender was weird to me, being attracted to myself is sickening =w= oh god, is this a paragraph? Yeesh. I'd definitely want to WATCH tomb raider XD

Haha! I think I know what you mean. That being said though, as a female gamer I get to play as a male protagonist most of the time and if the character gets romantically involved with a female character, I don't have choice but to play along.

Trust me, If I MAKE a ga.me it'd have to be at least a gender chooser.I hate the fact that girls are usually either the antagonist and or the "girly girl". Tis why I rather a mute, custom character, cuz I'm not exactly the "badass" type =w=
I hate that the girl character never saves the man..or in tomb raider's case it's only so he can be dominant again...
