This was my favorite scene; their first meeting!
Okay, betting anything that after this film came out, two things happened; garden gnomes became very popular and kids would hide and watch to see if the gnomes would really come to life!

How to transform into an EnglishWoman overnight...
Follow these simple instructions and you'll sound like Juliet by sunrise...
1. Make a cup of tea (or a cuppa as we English call it) and drink it in bed.
2. Make yourself a plate of Cucumber sandwiches (or Sarnies as we English call them) and eat them in bed. White bread & butter and slice them into triangles not squares.
3. Read a dictionary in bed for an hour to boost your vocabulary.
4. Lay a large Union Jack flag like a blanket on top of your duvet cover to absorb Englands rich culture & heritage while you sleep.
5. Think of Englands rolling fields, the vast forests and the wind running through your hair as you stand on a hilltop of Englands green and pleasant land as you drift off to sleep.
Do inform me if it works Love...

Bloody good drawing Love. I hear Americans like English voices, did you like any certain characters voice?
I adored the American Gnome who launched the lawnmower race at the beginning of the movie.

Dolly Parton? Oh yes, so it was.
Was Benny the blue Gnome who got his hat smashed? That was Matt Lucas.

Ghomeo and Juliet was set in Southern England where its quite sunny and warm. The forests are creepy at night but are full of beautiful wildlife. The people are pleasant, polite and have manners.
If you havern't visited England yet, keep to the South of England.
Stay away from the North of England... It's a ghastly place. Huge gangs of tough sinewy men roam the streets terrorising people with their close-harmony singing. You need half a pint of saliva in your throat just to pronounce the placenames. Never ask for directions in Northern England, you'll be washing spit out of your hair for a fortnight.
