This piece was created for 's "Across The Stars" Crossover contest- and I won First place!I'm a terrible person, I know.
I believe that the reason that Boba is hunting the ponies is because of a spectacular miscommunication between Tyrant Celestia, who is trying to avoid having Equestria become the next victim of the Death Star, and Luna, who's trying to aid the Rebel Alliance. Don't worry, no Bounty hunters or Ponies were harmed in the making of this series.

Of all the ponies, Fluttershy would probably be the easiest to capture. Seriously, that pony would jump into a Creeper Van with "Free Candy" painted on the side. Boba is a little embarrassed as to how easy that was- and mildly creeped out by a candy-colored, physics-deifying Pegasus getting a litter of Rancor Pups to play nicely with her.
She didn't realize she was captured for several hours, until He brought the next pony in.

I visited Vancouver when I was 14, and was the victim of an attempted mugging. The miscreant shoved me and tore off my backpack, knocking me into the street and giving me a severe ankle sprain. He bolted off. The people on the street immediately pulled me out of traffic, and did first aid while calling an ambulance and cops. They also insisted on giving me tea.
Meanwhile, Two guys actually chased the mugger down, body-tackled him into a shop wall, and dragged him back to where I was and Bike-locked him to a rail while they waited for the police. This despite the fact they were both skinny teens and the mugger was a 300-pound monster.
So if you know a Roy Buchanan or a Terry Nest in Vancouver, you should buy them beer. (I know, it's a big country, but I'm always surprised by the number of times this works out.)
Also, the dragon incident in season 1 clearly shows that Fluttershy is Canadian.
