Description
I thought I make this by comparing the strength of each of these Godzilla's, Finalgoji stands tall as the strongest of them all since he remained mostly unfazed by all of the attacks his opponents used against him, allowing him to easily withstand their assaults and immediately counter and defeat them, as well as taking a meteorite point blank to the face without gaining a scratch.  The only enemies to successfully him are Gigan and Monster X/Keizer Ghidorah.

Legendary Godzilla may be old but is really strong and durable when taking on heavy fire power by the military and surviving a long fall from orbit after being lifted and dropped by King Ghidorah. In his burning form, he happened to survive his own meltdown while still having enough energy to kill Ghidoran afterwards. Even though he has survived a nuke in the past, EMP's from the MUTO's weaken his atomic breath, using his main attack consistently can drain his life energy, and he nearly died after being hit by a prototype oxygen destroyer.

Heisei Godzilla (Despite having incredible power) is not completely invincible, he's shown to have a critical weakness to cadmium, an element commonly used to slow nuclear reactions. The Super X fired a full payload of cadmium missiles into Godzilla's mouth, and this had the effect of temporarily stopping his heart and knocking him unconscious. If his secondary brain is damaged, it will leave him paralyzed and Dr. Shiragami's Anti-Nuclear Energy Bacteria (ANEB) managed to lower the radioactivity within his body to the point of causing him to hibernate in the sea for three years. He sadly couldn't survive his Meltdown as his internal reactor being unable to cope with the huge influx of radiation he absorbed from the Birth Island explosion, causing it to ultimately break down along with the rest of his body.

I have no hate toward Showa Godzilla and his own terms of strength but compared to the rest on the list, he's a bit of a wimp. He is shown to be vulnerable to strong voltages of electricity. As the series progressed, lightning (electricity found in nature) has been shown to have the opposite effect, at times serving to revitalize him. He has also displayed at least some vulnerability to cold temperatures. He becomes weak and lethargic in the cold, and may be forced into hibernation if exposed to the cold for an extended period of time. Did I forget to mention, serious attacks from Hedorah, Gigan and Mechagodzilla were the only monsters to seriously injure him and would've likely killed him if he didn't have either the human heroes or another Kaiju ally to help him out.
