'tis a male, name is Shao (durr.) He's medium size, roughly a labrador, and goes around the city through the sewers and pipes. He enjoys high locations and towering over the mass population, since it gives him a sense of power. He's actually a happy-go-lucky guy who wants to play with someone, but no one wants to. ;u; Too scary looking?
So he gets rid of the surplus energy he has from not exercising as extremely high-voltage energy currents. But this makes people avoid him even more, and it's a never-ending loop. Poor guyy.

I'm really proud of the background here, no reference pics AT ALL. Srsly. 8D Not even for color-choosing. I was inspired heavily by my trip to Italy tho with my parents. They really liked this one yellow building fomr some reason, which the one in the back is based off of, orz.

Amazing colors in this. Lovely details on the circular roof pattern and on the background. I can tell you put a lot of work into it. I love how you always have a nice backstory for your characters. You have a wonderful imagination!

Your art is EPIC, as usual. The electricity doesn't look fake like it does when I draw it, and I love the shine on the eye ridge. The scenery's very impressive, the cobbled platform he's standing on looks the best. :U Although the perspective of Shao's position doesn't quite line up with the background.
