Description Star Sign Weapons:
An ancient yet advanced people, The Cult of Anubis, crafted different weapons as an experiment. The weapons were modeled after famous star signs, and given specific powers in form of advanced technology. Naturally the weapons became outdated soon, but they was kept in the vaults of Atlantis. Until one day a meteor struck Earth. The meteor itself was not big, however it carried a radiation. This radiation was transferred from the meteor to the first person to approach the meteor: Ra.
Ra got powers that was closely resembled to magic. He was able to move objects with his thought. Telekinetic. The Cult of Anubis arrived later the same day, but far too late. There was no radiation left. This was not the cause of war itself, but an element towards it. For with this event followed many others, and the Cult of Anubis went to war with Ra. The weapons crafted was far to valuable to fall into the hands of Ra and his companions, so they were sent out into space to various locations. Each weapon was sent to the direction of the star sign it belonged to. And imprinted within them was the coordinates of a location in space. This location is the key to the war.
This very day in 2635, 20.000 years after the meteor hit Earth, the war still rages. The Cult of Anubis and the Children of Ra, in a never-ending fight between Magic and technology. A war, that only the opposing forces no about. Mankind itself does not, and live happily in peace on Earth.
The only way for the Cult of Anubis to win, is to find all the weapons, put them together and extract the coordinates given.

(This was the original story draft I had for my novel The signs of Telepathy, however I later decided not to use it. But still, each of the Star Sign weapons will be presented) On to the weapon:

VIRGO
The Virgo Schimitar. Crafted with dense nanite precision. This gives a very light combat weapon. Its handle is probably the part that made it identifyable as the Virgo weapon.

Other spesfics:
Weight: 3 kilograms
Lenght: 130 cm (115 cm blade)
Materials: Nanite metallic structure, genetically improoved wood, gold.
Location: Floating in an asteroid field orbiting the star X-225-Virgo located in the Virgo starsystem.

This is version 2... I decided to start all over with all the tar signs. The old virgo can be found here: [link]

Another beautiful piece, I think I prefer the more subtle female figure on the other one but otherwise the design of this one is more refined.

The female body on the handle is a good touch for virgo and nicely done, i love the detail put in to the whole handle. The hand gaurd is the best part, the closed eye (i may be looking at it wrong) is very delicately placed i think. This and Gemini are a whole lot better then anything i could do.

Lovely. I like this one better. It looks more coldly metally, for one, colorwise.. But I also love the general design better. Now wouldn't this be cool to wield in Morrowind... *s*
