ok and you're welcome
I really don't see Basil every commenting a murder though, or anyone else aside from Ratigan so if this idea were ever to be made into a game the story of the game would have to be changed to something like, who can get all the correct evidence and solve the case first, or something like that ^^'

Hmm.. maybe some rich mouse that had refused to help Ratigan with one of his evil schemes and Ratigan was unable to capture TRM (standing for the rich mouse so we don't confuse all the hes) like he did Flaversham because TRM had better protect up until being killed?

Heeee heee. How long did it take you to finally to finish up moving the characters around and elongating them? The amount of patience you have is amazing. Didn't you spend like two hours at Nana's trying to make the character's bigger and move them around? Looks like you figured it out. :,D

Hey, do you remember playing Clue at Nana's, but we'd make them the Scooby Doo characters instead? Like Daphne was the purple one, Shaggy was red or green, Scooby was white, etc etc etc...??

I didn't give Olivia a weapon, cuz who gives a child a weapon?!
That line totally cracked me up! Maybe she could keep something harmless like a bag of marbles in her pocket to use as a means to trip someone. Not kill them, just to slow them down. Anyway, this is so fantastic! I grew up playing this game with my family and my mom, who played it before us, kicked our butts big time. We also love the movie version from the eighties that's now become a cult classic.
You've got each weapon fitting perfectly with each suspect and each Clue character fitting with each GMD character. Very nice to see that Basil was chosen as Mr. Green due the movie version of him when-- oh, I'd better not say here in case someone hadn't seen the movie. But I'm glad that's who he is. As for Ratigan, he can be known as Mr. Boddy!
Do you know how freaking awesome this would be if Disney made a board game like this? Clue has been done so many times over with various characters, this would be so perfect! They'd probably want to make Ratigan one of the suspects, but I'm not sure who since Mr. Boddy is already dead in the game. There's a newer game we bought after the original called Clue: Master Detective with more suspects, more weapons and more rooms. It's just as fun and much like the first game only it's more of challenge because of the addition of things.

Hahaha That's funny cuz I rarely make people laugh! I contemplated giving her one anyway and having her looking at us like "What...???" But I ended up doing this instead
Thank you so very much! I loved playing this game too growing up with my brother and cousins. We didn't always stick by the rules though. Most of the time we'd make up our own little mystery and we'd each be a character. And we actually liked to pretend they were Scooby Doo characters! Like the purple piece was Daphne, the orange one Velma, etc.
Heh heh thanks. It took me forever to figure out who was gonna have each weapon I've never seen the movie version, and I kept seeing it pop up when I was looking up online at what the characters looked like. I'll definitely have to check it out!
Oh my goodness, that would be so freakin amazing if Disney made a GMD version of Clue! I would buy that in a heartbeat! My brother Nathan actually has a Disney version called "Haunted Mansion," like the ride, but the characters are Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Daisy, and Pluto. If I remember right, I think the object of the game was to try to be the first to escape the mansion. And the question you asked was "Which guest is being haunted, which ghost is doing the haunting and what room are they haunting in?" So instead of suspects, weapons, and room cards, you have guest, ghost, and room cards. It was really fun too. I remember playing it for hours when we were snowed in with no power a few years ago
