Finished! AHAHAHA, DONE!Synopsis: Basil of Baker Street, the Sherlock Holmes of the mouse world, is called upon by an old friend - the opera diva Lauralyn Dalton - to solve the mystery of a series of accidents that have been occuring at the Royal Opera House. However, who or whatever is causing these disasters to transpire doesn't want Basil to find out the cause... and will stop at nothing to make sure he doesn't succeed... not even at murder.
Playbill-style poster cover art for "The Case of the Opera Ghost". This came out really nicely, I think. ESPECIALLY Basil and Dawson. That dress was murder.
Basil and Dawson are c/o Eve Titus and Disney. Lauralyn and the Phantom are c/o me. The Phantom of the Opera is c/o Monsieur Gaston Leroux and Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Oh, my goodness, I found it again! I had faint visions of seeing this drawing in art searching, but it was such a long time ago, like when I first got into TGMD fandom in 2007, that I wasn't sure if it actually existed. My sister and I had just come from seeing "The Phantom of the Opera" 25th Anniversary special in the theater, so now I'm on a major Phantom high while still loving TGMD! I'm so confused!

I really love these pictures, I remember when i was going through my mouse detective love phase and I found your pictures on a sight that i found with google images (before i found deviantart) wow... that was like 3 years ago! Holy. and I was sooo happy when i found them on deviantart.

Awesome!!! I think "Phantom of the Opera" was the first thing I'd ever seen Gerard Butler in. The first time I'd even HEARD of him, even. Watching his other movies, you'd never guess he has such a phenomenal singing voice. *shrug* Looks can be deceiving, and all that.
