Uhm... The 2 layers of ruffles on my white skirt was tucked in unfortunately D: *did not notice when it was taken*
So, if you noticed it, YES. Lizzy does have 3 layers of ruffles! It just got tucked in for me >3Kuroshitsuji didn't fit in the title so it's been changed to "Black Butler" ORZ;;
