ha! a request WIP!! not a request for anyone on DA though, damn me, but a request nonetheless. a lovely friend and fellow Disney enthusiast asked me to draw Professor Ratigan as though he were the victor atop Big Ben. so here he is, holding Basil's pipe.

this is, however, where we part ways in the fandom: she places Ratigan on top in rivalry, whereas i put him on top in slash. (like you didn'e see that coming...XD) oh the ridiculousness of it all...how i love it. and it's my first time drawing him too! i was so jazzed at how well it turned out!! maybe this will juice me up to finish them all!

ah yes, and the disclaimer, of course. this bad boy belongs to Disney, 'cause you know if he belonged to me, he and Basil would be playing a lot more "cops and robbers", if you know what i mean. ^^
