Just curious, is there some RWBY in your Amalgamation Universe

Absolutely not.
Sci-fi videogames only, the background of the story has some superhero stuff but I downplay it a lot to focus on the sci-fi stuff.

I do wonder what was the cause for Paya's doubt in his people's lifestyle of the hunt. The Yautja have based their entire culture and society on the hunt and it began since very ancient times. What was it that caste this view on Paya and I wonder if there is any hope for his cause. I fear a similar fate will happen for the Yautja just like the Hirogen from Star Trek Voyager (memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Hi… ) who were also nomadic hunters who devoted everything to the hunt as well.

I wanted him to be a complicated character, to make a simple Hunter that's like all the others would be boring.
A characters quest should always be challenging too, to change the minds of his people will take a lot of time and strength

Alright that makes sense, though he'll face heavy opposition along the way and he more likely will even have to in matches against his own kin to defend his ideals and status. His clan will also give him a hard time should the only trophy he bring back is just the lightsaber and not the lightsaber and the skull of this strange warrior (however if Greyback was able to get away with having a flintlock of a worthy prey as a trophy then I think Paya can too but his clan may not be so lenient on it so he's going to face opposition on that as well) like all hunters have done. Even his powers will probably make him an outcast for so far he's the only one of his people at the moment with such powers and they already have enough problems with the Super Predators and the galactic community (when they interfere in their affairs).

What I need to do is I need to make a poster for the Yautja's as a faction in this universe and go into more detail about them in this universe as this post was more focused on Paya specifically and other information on them was from the perspective of an outside source
I also need to do delve more into Paya story.

It'll be very interesting to see his story during the dark times of the wars of the Covenant against both the humans and the Citadel Council. I also wonder what sort of enemies will he face aside from humans and Xenomorphs such as the Super Predators, Covenant troops, or even other adversaries in the galaxy (though if I find out he took on a Thresher Maw and killed it by hand similar to how Wrex and Grunt did....I fear little can challenge him at that point)? With so much conflict in the galaxy would the Yautja technically benefit from this to find worthy prey or cause strife upon due to the chaos and destruction it has wrought?

Bringing Force powers into this could make it very one-sided for the Force user since you basically have to be a Force user yourself to not get killed via Force Choke in 5 seconds flat. Then again, a Predator isn't quite as well equipped as other creatures in Amalgamation like some Elites or Space Pirates, so force sensitivity and Lightsabers could be a way to balance things out.

I came back to this comment because I realised I didn't understand what you said about Force Users, so I'll say that the same could be said for Biotics too, or any other telekinetic powers that may exist in this universe (Marvel, DC, even though I only lightly touch upon those for backstory to keep a certain tone). Also, in Star Wars one-force users can and have killed force users, the most notable were the Mandalorians and General Grievous in Legends, Jango Fett had killed Jedi too, which was why he was chosen to be cloned.
Also, it's said that the Force is something that flows through all living things. Did you know that Obi-Wan Kenobi was actually "weak" in the force and had a low Midi-Chlorian count for Jedi standards? That means he was still stronger than most people on average but for the Jedi he was so low he almost got expelled from the order when he was younger because of how useless he was if it wasn't for Qui-Gon who saved him, after gaining a master he trained hard and mastered his specific arts and became one of the most skilled Jedi ever, defeating two Sith Lords.
Some people theorise that the people in the Galaxy who are notable, like say, Han Solo, Cad Bane, Jango Fett etc are actually using the force (since it flows through everything even when it's weak, and it can augment how the physical body performs with speed and agility and stuff) the difference between these people and Jedi is that there count may be low but they don't go through any formal training, but they still train themselves to get better at what they do.
One notable example of this was the Chirrut Îmwe (Rogue One Blind Guy) who wasn't force sensitive like the Jedi but was still able to commune with it and use it to aid him, which further cements that in the Star Wars Universe all beings can use the force no matter what. Leia was strong in it, but because in Canon she never trained in it she didn't become powerful but was a great combatant and diplomate, the force can be used in more ways than the Jedi usually do, it'd serve a Diplomate's intuition and ability to convince others (those aren't the bills you want to vote for, lol) I'd bet Chirrut Îmwe could beat her in a staff or lightsaber fight despite being less sensitive to the Force like Kenobi did to Vader and Maul, it's all in how you apply it.
The Force was based off of Chi, and Chi works similarly. Monks believe they use it to augment there strength when breaking shit like concrete, and that it flows through everything. In a sense, we use Chi every day in what we do, what we practice and focus our energy onto we become good at.
So yeah Force Powers might be OP, but not as much that you should be worried about it. It's not like there's not already a disparity in the Vindicates on power, just like Avenger's the less powerful among the group have there uses.

Force-sensetive predator would most likely turn to the Dark Side, though... Which IS a rather scary thought.

I agree that they would be more dark-side inclined but I have other plans for this character, he's a different Predator to most.

Well, I'm at least glad he's somewhat of a nice guy, so he wouldn't be so merciless.
Still would not be in a fight with him.

Same as it can in the normal Predator universe
they just have plasma blades here because everyone else does so it puts them on a more even level (Elites and there plasma blades, Omni Blades in ME, Star Wars LightSabers etc)

Question what period is your SW set in, like Clone War Old Republic or Empire?

At the moment it's Republic, that's how he found a Jedi so easily
The Star Wars Galaxy will get involved in the Milky Way's affairs as it transitions from Republic to Empire.
