I'm sure you're right. It's a classic gown, after all, and well suited to a queen!

as you've probably guessed, Queen Chrysalis is a villain. you know those villains who don't give up? she's one of them.

Ooh yes, Amanda, a lot of us would love it to happen to us this way! The dress is a marvellous invention, domineering and just ever so slightly sinister. Our new 'girl's' going to have a good time (we hope) even as she gives leading Hollywood men a good time, but I note this is The Starlet Maker. 'Marilyn de Mansfield' (Β Β Β )Β got into all the papers and lifestyle magazines, and was lusted after by a couple of generations of boys and men, but she never actually won an Oscar that I can recall...

So the dress wants to up its game, does it? Its problem is that it can't be worn the whole time (can it?) E.g. it can't be there to supervise its protege while 'she's' doing the obligatory swimsuit photoshoot...

Very true. It's like a coach in that sense. Better make sure, while she's in close training, that your protΓ©gΓ©e (a female protΓ©gΓ©) understands exactly what's required of her when she's off on her own.

Thanks, Mellissa. This cap started as nearly a carbon-copy of the previous "talking dress" cap, but it didn't sit well with me. So I changed it from mother's old dress to one he just happened across in a thrift shop. All of a sudden the actress angle popped out, the title changed and a "legend" was born. Funny how that happens.
