I LOVE this by the way.  Awesome interpretation of the Real.

Don’t worry. If the character can still be recalled with full personality it had, it has not been eaten yet… Otherwise the remains of Cheese-man will spark inspiration to many other new characters out there.

Welll... I have also my bad character names... Especially from era when I thought English names were cool.

Like - I had a book with an energetic 12-year-old boy character called Dick. -.-'

Unfortunate connotations have arisen for it, but I think Dick is an ok name.  I know a few Richards and at least one of them goes by "Dick", despite other meanings.

Don't feel bad, I am currently on an "everything Slavic is awesome" kick myself.  Especially mythology-wise.

I'm glad to know it wasn't as bad as I though it to be. Unfortunate connotations is always a bit awkward though. Especially when you don't know about it. ^^'

Mythology things are always cool.
Finland isn't technically Slavic, but if you are ever curious about Kalevala or other mythological things in here, feel free to ask!

I should admit though, most of the people I know called "Dick" are all older now.  You don't see that many young people with that name.

I have to admit, I have not gotten around to studying Finnish mythology yet.  I know a bit of the  Scandinavian stuff, but it is more the Norse than anything.

I guess it's a name the parent's don't give that gladly to their baby. ^^'

Finns have their own set of mythology, with some influences from the neighbor countries. It has plenty of forest spirits capable for doing both good and evil.

Oh noooo D: DON'T BE SAD MINNA THERE MUST BE A WAY YOU CAN BE HELPFUL!

I like this page; I mentioned before that your use of people in bubbles kinda reminds me of my idea for my comic, and it's rather neat to see how you handled showing it.  Your use of color and the subtle shade changes in the background make it really engaging and easy to tell what's going on. 

Also I think I see a MindlessCreator and a Yubria!

Glad you like it! The page didn’t turn out exactly the way I planned it. It lost some of the feeling of depth and perspective the sketch version had and had to tweak the colors a lot to make it work somehow.

It is interesting how sometimes different artists can get very similar ideas.

YEP! They are in there as well as many other cameos (like the sisters for instance). Glad you spotted them!
