This is a beautiful drawing! I just thought I'd mention (because I work with raptors)- Kestrels (like this cute little guy you've drawn) are actually falcons, not hawks. Some people do still classify the family Accipitridae (which includes both the accipiters and the buteos) under the order Falconiformes, but kestrels are in the family Falconidae, which differ from the Accipitridae in four major ways: the presence of malar stripes; nostril tubules; pointed, aerodynamic wings; and the "falcon's tooth," a little protrusion on the upper beak.
