A part of a series I did for a final project, of Icelandic folk stories. This one is called Selshamurinn, and is about a woman that was actually a seal. But one day she was visiting land and a man found her seal hide and took it. She was stuck as a woman and in the end married the man. One day she found her hidden seal hide and returned to sea. But sadly as she now had seven children in land and seven children at sea.Related content

I really like the colours you've used, and how you drew the rocks - I think it's kind of hard to draw backgrounds when it's not fully realistic, but you did it super well ! Great job !

A very common folklore motif--you did a nice job of personalizing it with a successful rendering of the bleakness of the story.
