Essentially the publishers were making a grab for more rights to the mangas they publish. Akamatsu was none too happy about that so he finished Negima early and got the hell away from that publisher.

It reminds me one Chinese saying I heard "If someone slights you, go and sit by the river. The corpse of your enemy will eventually swim by". Though it has it's disadvantages, as shown by Belgarath in Belgariad, once you are immortal and all your enemies die it gets rather boring.

Uh. So, let's get our facts straight:
He managed to block Dynamis' barrier with a charged punch;
He bloked all of a thousand "Dynamis Style" Falcon Punches with only two arms;
He somehow apllied the Executioner's Sword to his whole body and sliced Dynamis in half;
And before he even managed to regenerate, he used the same combo that practically curb-stomped Rakan to finish him off.

Oh, and he broke his villanous mask.
How many levels in badass did he just take? I lost count.

I HOPE he won't hurt Luna. I mean, he can't do that to a potential harem member.

I think the good old HIS BADASS LEVELS ARE OVER 9000 is in order here (nods sagely) Seriously neither Naruto nor Ichigo Ever performed such wonderful Super Powered Evil Side No Holds barred Beatdown, this was a Beautiful thing to behold

Well even if he Does that to her Konoka can heal her up... I hope, hopefully he'll go back to his senses. Well even if he DOES hurt her I'm sure Luna wouldn't mind a little time spent on Negi's lap while he apologizes to her.
