It's been a couple years, but I still contest you on your decision to fuse Morrigan with Miranda, because the latter simply isn't arrogant the way you and others claim:
"Sounds like you were designed to be perfect"
"Maybe, but I'm not. I'm still human, Shepard, I make mistakes like everyone else. And when I do the consequences are severe'
Also...
"Everyone of your accomplishments is due to your skills. The only things I can take credit for are my mistakes"
Those aren't the words of an arrogant person, they're the words of a self-loathing person. And, to reference an argument you made the last time we spoke, the Shadow Broker files don't make her arrogant either. Having standards regarding who you want to have sex with doesn't make you arrogant (as Miranda was clearly looking for someone to have sex with). Picky? Yes. But that's hardly outrageous, because (again), she's looking for someone to have sex with. I would be picky and have standards in that scenario too, and I don't think that makes me arrogant.Β
Listing off one's qualifications is honestly not arrogant either. Joker says the following:Β
"I'm not good. I'm not even great. I'm the best damn pilot in the Alliance Fleet".
He never gets ANY guff for that line from the fandom. Not once. Miranda, notes that she can take down mechs with biotics or gunplay, and people treat her like the female reincarnation of Doctor Doom or the Riddler. Even though Joker's statement is much MORE arrogant than Miranda's, and yet he's never been condemned for it, whereas Miranda is unjustly condemned for supposed "arrogance" all the time.Β
Simply put, Miranda is NOT arrogant, as the evidence I just invoked contradicts the idea. She also lacks Morrigan's contempt for other people and her "survival of the fittest" mentality or callous selfishness, considering she shows empathy to and concern for the Quarian Lia'Vael, her sister, Shepard, Jacob, humanity as a whole, and even the idiot punk on Omega during Garrus' recruitment mission and a prisoner being tortured on Purgatory.Β
So, in all, I think you made the wrong call personally. Apologies if that comes off as offensive or abrasive, as it's not meant to. Just expressing my honest thoughts. None of which reflect poorly on your art itself, which is in my mind excellent. I simply disagree with your choice of fusion and your reasons for it.Β

Yeah, Morinth sounds better, but she's worse than Morrigan, who I see as being kind of in-between Miranda and Morinth. Worse than Miranda but not as sadistic and evil as Morinth.

She really fits the Cerberus Officer roll. Though I'd say she'd look better in in black as the main color, with purple accents. As it stands, though, with all your other works, a great crossover.
