Go for it! As great a Pratchett fan as I am, I don't think I'm up to the task. I just don't think I can get Nobby right, before or after the transplant: I think I could do a passable pastiche of speech and behavior of Vimes, Vetinari, or perhaps either of the brothers Ridcully, but Nobby is beyond me. But if you do, let me know where to find a copy (here at deviantart or wherever).
The thought of Nobby's weird but very adaptable self in the body of a beautiful woman is disturbing but fascinating. Imagine Nobby with no skin problems or strange odors, with no chance of being mistaken for a member of the wrong species, and with an attractive and very female body. Oh, and I suppose the body donor need not be a seamstress but rather one of the ladies of the Pink Pussycat Club if you like... would it be too much for his brain to show up in Tawnee's or Broccolee's head? Nobby is an expert on folk dancing, and... Nobby considering leaving the Watch and becoming a pole dancer with a genuinely unique act would be great comedy. Tawnee's body with Nobby's brain...

Yes, indeed. Quite the project. Nobby and the unfortunate seamstress or pole-dancer will need just the right situation, in the properly Pratchett mode, and getting the female Nobby's reactions just right will be tricky. The Nobbs personality will probably be reined in a bit by the change, but the new girl will have to be very Nobby indeed...

Poor Nobby! Your conception of him is a little different from mine, but it's entirely plausible and his expression is great here. As for Nobby and women... well, what with the prostitute disguises and the whole Beti incident in Jingo, I'd like to see the Watch's Igor transplant Nobby's brain into the body of a member of the Guild of Seamstresses (say that Nobby was dying of wounds and the seamstress had severe brain injuries from an assault). Nobby as an attractive woman (perhaps raised to Igorina levels of beauty by Igor) would be most, uh, interesting...

Verity Pushprm has been mentioned in a couple Discworld books... most recently "Thud". Though she is only ever spoken of and has never actually appeared in the novels as an active character.
