Wow, when was the last time I brought in a new character? How slow I am.Anyway, meet Miss Elle, the actual Queen of Hearts as well as Miki's little sister. Yeah, because the family resemblence is that far of a stretch.
I'm really love how this one came out despite how simplistic her costume is compared to the others. The cuteness is in the simplicity I guess.
EDIT: for some reason the colors on the hair scanned wrong. the streaks are supposed to be pink.
