I respectfully disagree!
Sometimes one just can't find inspiration no matter how hard or thoroughly one looks - it is usually related to the emotional state or the general mood of the person, but the reasons can be many, really, not necessarily limited to that. Now, "typical" artist's (or writer's, or musician's) block can be broken with relative ease by forcefully pushing out drawings/stories/musical pieces every day, whenever there's time - not doing this (assuming time and other life circumstances allow it) is lazy. I know from experience!
... Well, kind of. I've never really had artist's block, but writer's block has barged in with its blocky... blockiness a good number of times.
Now, about the actual stamp (because I see that you have requested criticism)! While I do not entirely agree with its message, I still like it a lot. I'm probably biased because all kinds of blues and purples and everything in between are my favourite colours and this little thing is full of it, but I'm sure everyone would agree that they just go so darn well together! I also rather like your choice of font. :3

Same with writer's block.
My friend is trying to write a novel and get it published. She told me she is losing inspiration D:

My teacher said the best way to get out of an art block is to keep drawing even if it's just scribbles. I found that was very useful... i wish this technique worked for writing stories though. =-=
