And people say vanilla is the worst flavor.

Alrighty, another Splatfest come and gone. This time, we were asked to settle an old debate: which is the best ice cream flavor: vanilla, strawberry, or mint chip? I went with Team Vanilla because I think it's an excellent flavor, and because I'm not a fan of the other flavors. I may have only played five or six matches (as I was pretty busy around the time the event was happening), but it was probably the most fun I had playing a Splatfest in recent memory. One of my highlights is that one of my battles had a 100x multiplier, and my team managed to take home the victory.

In the end, Team Vanilla won with a 48 pt. win, while Mint Chip got 12, and Strawberry got nothing (poor Frye). One thing I liked about seeing the results is that Big Man, who represented Team Mint Chip, acknowledged that Shiver won another Splatfest. It's almost like he (and by extent, the staff at Nintendo) are aware of the success Shiver's teams have gotten, as she seems to be getting all of the best options. I mean, the only time I disagreed with her was during the Grass vs. Fire vs. Water Splatfest, where I think water-type Pokémon are better than grass-type.

Since Team Vanilla won, that gave me this brilliant idea to include Mordecai and Rigby from Regular Show. If you have extensive knowledge of the show, you're probably familiar with the Season 1 episode "Free Cake", where the two tried to find a chocolate cake to eat. At the end of the episode, Mordecai and Rigby finally got the cake they wanted, but were disappointed to find out that it's vanilla-flavored instead. I'd like to think that, if they participated in the Splatfest, they'd choose one of the other teams, and would be bothered by the fact that Team Vanilla won, because they think it's such a bland flavor. Speaking of the other teams, that's the reason why the background is pink and green.
