Yes, I made that dialogue up.
Here's my "story" behind this picture (feel free to skip to the actual comments part below):

RomaHeta, the nations continue to fight to escape the digital world. The Error is at his limit, so he decides he should allow them to return to their world.

He scans for the most unstable place he can find, which, as you could guess, would have to be the time-warped fun fun house of HetaOni! The Error easily hacks into this warped space, and again gains control of his previously-infected victims: Feliciano, Lovino, Ivan... [Of course here I only included Feliciano for time's and layout's sake]

Although the non-infected RomaHeta nations can team up with the HetaOni nations, the enemy count is still greater.... Perhaps Holy Rome will come through for them once more! Good luck, fight HetaOni!Italy!!

[And that's something of how I imagined this. Hopefully that made sense.]

FULL VIEW PLEASE! (Although it is pretty huge!!)

This is an entry for 's contest: RomaHeta Meets HetaOni.
EDIT: Wow, this tied for second/third place!! Thank you so much to all of your support guys!

So we have HetaOni!Italy, with his sacred journal (yes it's signed "Italia Veneziano." If it was supposed to be signed inside, sorry! I just wanted to get the point across~) After him is RomaHeta!Feliciano, once again infected by the Error, as they both sport (my soon-to-be famous and original) Binary in their eyes. As you can hopefully see though, the Error's binary and eye shine are red. Next is the Thing/Alien/Steve (I prefer Steve), who I don't think I DREW badly, he's just ugly in the first place and ruins my picture with his mere presence! Unfortunately, I found him necessary to get the effect with this picture I was after. And finally, we have our beloved Holy Roman Empire I drew his "teen version," as he appears in HetaOni, and also because I think an older HRE fits this picture much better than the chibi one. I added the connector thing on his cloak just for the heck of it. Yes, no?

The background is of course some Binary code, with ERRORs mixed in, and the occasional bloody numbers Steve loves.

NOW, here's the important part: While shading/highlighting HetaOni!Italy (first one), I FINALLY made the connection that I could select the color I was shading at the time, and then shade and blur it so that it DOESN'T bleed outside that color!! If you don't know what I mean, nevermind, but it's a HUGE deal and time-saver. (HAHAHA LET'S MAKE TIME~ *shot*)
This coloring method isn't any different than before, but now I don't have to erase all of the excess that blurred outside the color I was working with! Which was VERY tedious and time-consuming. Hallelujah!

HetaOni!Italy's hand is strange. And for this I am sorry. And Steve is just awkward. I wish I hadn't thought him up to be in this pic (But alas, I needed him...) And for some reason everyone but me can see a big problem with the Error... OTL

I got sparkle-happy again. : D

My favorite part is definitely RomaHeta!Feliciano. He looks QUITE badass if I do say so myself (But ha, you thought I would actually try to draw his other eye, or at least put it in shadows properly. Tee hee~ no)
HE LOOKS DOWN ON YOU BECAUSE HE IS AWESOME.

As usual, I will edit stuff in as I think of it.
