It's not paint, it's a program called "Paint Tool SAI", haha xD It's different from the paint program

it's not free, it costs about $70 Canadian to buy. But its cheaper than photoshop (I think photoshop costs $800 for STUDENTS) and other paint programs (which is around $400), and personally I think it's worth the money.
