hmm this is nice! i've always wanted to do something more calmed down and wholesome. Did you use any specific techniques? did you do it in one sitting?

No this was not done in one sitting, mostly due to the type of materials I used. For this piece I mostly painted with knives and wider brushes, and used acrylics, raw metallic pigment, and roofing tar. The tar especially needs a long drying time before you can continue working.
