Description
What was once a barren desert now stands as a savanna world, and a member of the Core Nine.

With urbanization of Utarsyyys scarce, the Utarsyy economy centers around agriculture. Warm, moist air keeps crops alive, while steady wind patterns ensure a lack of severe storms. Animals introduced to the planet's climate have created a unique ecosystem which spans the entire planet. Underground reservoirs, unintentionally formed from the planet's terraforming, ensure the planet's flora remain hydrated at all hours.

In the opening of CY-1074, Utarsyyys was conquered in a quick sweep by the Amari Imperium. For two years, the planet was used as a staging ground to push further into Federation space. The United Federation, however, had kicked up industrial production in the prior decades; hundreds of new warships were lifting off from their shipyards.

The Federation 1st Fleet, a historic symbol of pride, expanded from a dozen ships to over eighty, further expanded by the Colonial Corporation's 15th Battlegroup. In its first ever combat mission since the Interstellar War, the fleet was to clear a path through the Imperium blockade around Utarsyyys. Outnumbered three to one by the Imperium fleet, the 1st Fleet spread its vessels out, pushing its capital ships forward and punched through the Imperium Ora-class battleships, sometimes literally.

After issues with rendering Opophys all those months ago, it seems either I've done something different, or Blender fixed an issue with compositing alongside a background image. Either way, I'm going to be doing background images instead of procedural stars from now on.

Now, Kashyyyk isn't the only planet with three sequential 'Y's in its name! Hah!

(Can someone explain why this planet is so popular compared to my others? It took about half the effort in comparison to my newest planets.)
