She is 26yrs old and partner of Detective Alfred C Nolan.

When Lazio first arrived in the Gliese East Precinct 5 years ago, she was immediately appointed as Nolan’s partner.
To be partnering the likes of a veteran detective like Nolan was indeed a privilege for a promising young rookie. The famous detective who solved the Twilight Murders, and took down a major crime syndicate like the Georgio Brothers amongst his other famous exploits, was a dream come true for Lazio.

Little did she know, that her famous partner was now a full time patron at a local Pub. Lazio’s first public service on the day of appointment was to fish out her partner and to get him sober. She had no idea why he was there.

The Chief had a word with her on Nolan’s condition later that day. It was then Lazio promised the Chief to help Nolan get back on his feet.
