Mythologically I think that only happened in the Orphic myths. and there they were the same entity.

Makes me think of the most common Orphic telling of the Melinoe myth, though the earlier tellings from other traditions portrayed Hades as her father.

That's the basis for it; Melinoe's conception. Β In my head, I cannot decide whether to include Dionysus among Persephone's as well...

To be honest I don't count Dionysus as being Zeus and Persephone's child because Zagreus is mentioned as being a child of Hades in Ancient Greek text.
As for Melinoe being a child of either Zeus or Hades, refer to this: Rachel's a professional author who's spent years heavily researching Greek Mythology for her novels.
