Finally, here is the third member of team JNPR, Pyrrha Nikos. Pyrrha is famous, even appearing on a cereal box (and we all know that's the highest form of stardom), and very skilled in battle. She is Jaune's partner, and would love to be more than just partners. If only Jaune would notice her... Pyrrha is polite and calm. She's the type of girl that would nail you to a tree with her javelin, because you were annoying, and then apologise.

In battle, she uses her Miló and Akoúo̱ (speak and listen in Greek), where Miló is the sword and Akoúo̱ the shield. Pyrrha can switch her sword to a javelin though and even change it into a rifle. She is also capable of using her aura to deflect blows, which makes her a formidable opponent.

Pyrrha is heavily inspired by the Greek Hoplite soldiers in armor style and sword and shield shape, being a xiphos and a Dipylon respectively. Her name has a Greek meaning "flame-colored victor of the people". Her javelin has the shape of a dory, a classic Hoplite lance.
