I must have screwed up again.
But that didn't matter as long as I'm satisfied with it. He's really a tough character to draw, so I made him slightly younger. I was grumbling about why the author made him look so beefy, so I again made him younger... 
The entire artwork is done using Chinese colors on cartridge paper.Took me 2 and a half hours to finish it.
Mistakes :
- the design of the cloak is a bit not accurate.
- alignment of the eyes
Ever watch Trust and Betrayal? My brother and I really love that movie a lot, especially Hiko Seijuro chops the opponents into pieces...
And I really love this character, especially how he interacts with his pupil Kenshin. It's always so humorous.*Sigh* ...I miss the old animes.

Looks good. Hiko probably wasn't the mountain of muscle in his youth that he was in the latter years. I think Hiko's huge musculature was abnormal because Hiko lived an extra 15 years that the other Hikos probably didn't due to Kenshin's leaving before his training was complete. This allowed Hiko's muscles to grow to abnormal proportions as he continued to use the school and turned him into sort of an extreme swordmaster, if you will.

?? Not to worry...one way is to steal into the galleries of bodybuilders and get reference photos for drawing(many times)...XD XD Hehe, I do that sometimes.
