Damn, such a heavy decision...
I like how chespin and fennekin are all like: 'Uguu~' and froakie just: 'derp' XD
It was so much fun working on froakie's design. I got the inspiration for it from a tree frog. Awesome little critters ^^
This is also the first frog I have ever drawn.
Hope I did all of 'em justice!

I'm not really a fan of any of the starters this time:
Chespin's design is ... eh ... and I just don't like grass types very much regardless. He's really cute the way you drew him, though (all of them are, for that matter!)
Fennekin is my favorite of the three basic pokemon, but once they start evolving, that goes away and I like Delphox the least. Probably the fur-flame-things in the ears and overall "humanoid" appearance, although I do love fire types.
Froakie is the one I chose in my game because, while I don't like his design much either, he has the coolest final stage and that's what I go by when picking a starter, since that's what I'll be stuck with in the end. Greninja's awesome, and he's also useful with surf.

Im tempted to say Froakie just because of how "DERP!" he is XD Totally would name him derp after this picture
But i like Fennekin the most based on the Pokemon art style.

Personally I love Froakie, but Chespin's pretty cool.
I think the little "faceballs" fit with the ones on the neck-- because-- I have a feeling they represent bubbles?!?!
