July 8, 2oo8.
Fighting the art block !! After my cat drawing, I wanted to try another pic with watercolour. And I'm SO proud of it !
Méhandre again, I wanted to draw a good picture of her.
I messed up her hair a bit, but... I like it anyway.
Black pen and black marker + watercolour and walnut dye.
Textures from Mayang + personal stock.
3o x 4o cm.

Well, I was in school, drawing all day long, so I probably have improved a bit. At least, I hope so !!
I'm not used to watercolor yet, but it's a media I like very much so I'm trying to do my best !

Her scarf thing is the symbol she's a counselor in my story. But this one is probably a scarf for a ceremony, for it shouldn't be black, nor embroided (:
And the blue... I messed up the color on her fingers ! 8D I wanted her to look like she was up to something - hence the suspicious glance - but now it seems she already used the bottle 8D

J'arrivais pas trop à m'en sortir avec le chignon, alors, j'ai pris le parti de ne dessiner que les mèches sur son front, et de faire le reste en faisant couler l'encre. C'était pas mal jusqu'à ce que j'ai eu la mauvaise idée de redessiner des mèches par dessus, mais j'ai limité les dégâts finalement.
