I'm not sure I like those colours on her if I'm honest. I don't really get why anybody would paint an aircraft in fictitious military colours. It was mostly African, Asian and Middle Eastern nations that used the Strikemaster, and of course New Zealand and Ecuador. I don't mind at all seeing an aircraft in a non military livery, in fact I think it can be very nice for an aircraft to wear something a little more interesting. If it were wearing a  full dragon motif for example. that may have looked quite good. But fictitious military liveries are very strange to me. Each to their own I guess.

Of course I love the aircraft regardless, and the Jet Provost which of course the Strikemaster evolved from. Not just because it is one of our own either. She's a little odd looking, true but I still think she has nice lines. Why break a habit of a lifetime I guess for Britain.

It's a great photograph of her too, perfect topside in a great position with her angled slightly downward. Nice and sharp too.
