You have a good grip on drawing the face and hair! I really love the eyelashes on her ! >w< It reminds me of shoujo manga's :3
But like many of us, hands are our enemy. lol As someone on DA onces told me, keep sketching your hands or other hands. But not just anime hands like real life hands so you'll have a great grip on drawing hands.
I'm still in the process of doing that x'D

I actually like this one pretty good. I can see the effort in her face. Not her hand though, yikes. Maybe try to find a small mirror and keep it with you when you draw. It helps to look at your own hands when you draw.
