yup... my older stuff is a lot duller in tones, but I realised when most people see the model it's from 4 feet away across a tabel, so I better make things stand out

Oh, I'm annoyed I didn't find this sooner. A well painted mini is something I love, and the freehand, as has been said, looks excellent!

thanks... yes, time consuming for sure, but I have to admit it did turn out nicely... I always used to dread free-hand, remove a dimension and it's entirely another ballpark

This is absolutely fantastic! The freehand work is bold and crisp. This piece is severly underrated, I have to say. I know the land raider is huge and acts quite conveniently as a canvas for work such as this, and you pulled it off quite effectively! The scheme is accurate, the colors are flush, the lettering is articulate, and you dont have so much as a speck of paint out of it's place. Major props to you!

thanks... ya, this was another piece that took two or so months to do... especially the freehand, but that's what really makes it stand out... and the Latin class actually payed off for something, I translated the Dark Angel motto, Never Forget, Never Forgive
