I had a hard time deciding how I wanted little China dressed in this one, but decided to go with the Japanese Kindergarten Style, I just love those little hats they wear
Seems little China is worried about a note that his teacher pinned to his jacket, turns out that Little China isnt allowed to take his Panda Plushy to school anymore, and his Mummsy Japan tries to comfort him.
