hm i think both "parts" would work better in seperated pictures since the upper half completely distracts from the bottom one. I can see why you go for the contrast between the two parts but the city has simply way too many details and lights to not distract from the bottom half. Maybe some blur would help too to. But i really enjoy the lighting and atmosphere.
