I just love Skull Kid. Here he's designed after the Twilight Princess version, though on the right I do have him sitting with Tatl and Tael from Majora's Mask. ; ) Couldn't help it, they're adorable together. Skull Kid is remarkably fun to draw (as are many Zelda characters ^^).Related content

When I first saw that on Twilight, I was like yay! But then I saw that it was missing the usual pair of shorts that they usually ware and thought it was female. Double yay! Then I wander, are these even quote "kids" and how could you tell if it's a girl or boy? Then I began to wander all about the shrouded mysteries with these creatures.
But I gotta say. I love these guy/girls even the twilight one.

No, I understand what you mean. Old Skull Kid certainly had more character depth, I think. I do enjoy the mystery and quirkiness of the Twilight Princess one though.

They both have their charms, though I do miss those little glowing eyes. I kind of adore TP Skull Kid's prehensile hat though.

I still can't decide which Skull Kid design I like better; the one from OoT or TP. I like the TP one because it's face reminds me of the moon from Majora's Mask
