Description
Colored version of the sketch I submitted previously. Didnt -quite- come out as i would have wanted it to, but had no ideas for the background. I dedicate this to my lovely =karusuman to whom Imust give credit for the colours in the background, because I fail at them and he had to do it for me!
I wanted to give a cool looking, dark background but I guess once again I fail.
Hope you like it! I love these two characters.

//EDIT// : following ~doomimus 's suggestion I decided to add some shading! I know it isn't perfect but I am still learning. And it does look better! Thanks so much ~doomimus !

Aww, yeah, the movie basically sucked without Kovu, Scar's "chosen one" <3. I loved it when he saw Scar's reflection in the water, just like Simba saw Mufasa's in the first movie. Lion King FTW! <3

Me too, I always cried when Mufasa died, until I became more of a Scar sympathizer, and then I was just like *shrug* "That sucks, but shit happens" >_>.

Well, in the cartoon is not really certain whether he is his son or he is just Zira's son, adopted and chosen by Scar to succeed him. In any case I like to think they are related by blood!

If I may make a suggestion, I think some highlights and shadows would help them stand out from the background a bit more. Otherwise, it looks great and I think the background fits very well.
