I read interesting statement by an online friend that made me research, as well during the Gospel reading the other week priest read Gospel according to Luke, it made me think, and gave me strength. I am as anyone else is surrounded by vipers and scorpions looking to strike at any point, they actually struck the other day going to my Google + page and reporting all my paintings as pornography. I have pretty good idea who the snake is, I learned to stay away and build my walls. At same time I pray to God to give me the strength and remove the venom from my soul so I would not strike back. I try to reconcile, forgive but not forget, no matter how hard it is. I look towards the heavens and ask for strength, and I find it in my faith. It honestly shows how low some people are to do that, when you remove yourself they look for something, even a straw to strike. Best part is I do not care anymore, I pity them, I expect the strike. People in desert looked up at the bronze fiery serpent to be cleansed from poison, and in Gospel according to Luke, we are told that we are snake handlers, as one that carries the light fell from Heaven in blinding flash have been given the ability to be snake handlers, we have been ability to handle the poisons within us, to let go, to let God handle those that have sinned instead of us handling it. We handle the snakes, we stumble upon them, and keep them outside the walls, it is hard, we know that heaven awaits, and what happens to vipers its up to God not our concern.
