Drovus and Lalia have a teeny Nymph!

Instincts happened between Drovus and Lalia, and it ended up with Drovus becoming gravid. Of course, neither of them were aware the entire time. Lalia was worried because Drovus seemed unusually lethargic, and seemed to not be feeling well at all. When three eggs arrived, they were even more confused, but instinct lead them both to take care of the round things that had come out of Drovus.

A few days later, one of the eggs started to wiggle and shake, and something broke through the shell - something they both immediately loved with every fiber of their being! Something was wrong, though. The tiny hatchling could hardly lift its little head, weak and exhausted, and it wasn’t even out of the egg yet. Drovus opened the egg for it, which likely saved its little life. Unknown to the two of them, it was a runt, less than half the size it should have been. The other two eggs never hatched.

One of Elaena’s Lifeseeds, however, provides the boost of strength the tiny nymph needs, and likely saves its little life. It laps up the lifeblood from the cuts made in the seed’s thick skin by Drovus’ claws.

All they know is that this tiny thing that came out of the thing that came out of Drovus looks like them, but much smaller… and it needs to be protected! Elaena, of course, insists on helping by providing lots of Lifeseeds! They haven’t named the teeny nymph yet.
Small Headcanon Splap - All Vessels are Hermaphroditic… and, even though their bodies share their origin, they are not related in a sibling sense; at least, not anymore. When the Void filled their shells, it made each one anew entirely. Instead of being siblings, they are more like beings created by the same set of gods. Because of this, Vessels can reproduce among themselves without any risk of inbreeding and the problems that can arise from it. Drovus just has a defect, as does Lalia; as both of them came from early experiments in the process of creating Vessels. Lalia, actually, came from the first batch that actually survived. She ended up wandering off before the Pale King came down to the Abyss to collect them. Her defect is being small for a Vessel (She produces all runts) and Drovus is unusually weak for a Vessel, and doesn’t have the best health despite his size.
