This is an absolutely beautiful thing, now, how would a fellow go about ordering something from you? Exactly like this. (Do you offer that service?) I'm looking to piece together a gladiator outfit, and I'm in need of a leather manica. Keep up the brilliant work.

de facon un peu amusante, il y a EU des gladiateuses, dans la Rome... Spectacle 'de mauvais gout', disaient-ils, et rare, mais il y a eu des cas...

gorgeous -- You have more luck with the boiling technique than I do!

I made a whole suit of cuir bouilli this last week using the glue basting method. I had more luck with it than my previous attempts at boiling, though I still managed to scrap two bits of leather. I think my problem is that I'm not very patient, and the glue method allows a bit more for that... mind I still scrapped some. It always seems to be the larger parts that go too /hrumph

oven as I don't have a pot or cauldron type thing that's big enough.

i'd attach the bottoms of the topmost shoulder piece to piece below it, to give the shoulder a more uniform look, but pimp shit all around, she looks like a well clothed gladiatress

What i mean is for the top shoulder piece and the one right under it to be completely connected, like glued together as one two piece

Oh like an medieval pauldron , yup could be , this one is an manica segmenta (Roman style armor) it's weared at the front of the arm instead of the side for a complete articulation. if the part is bigger it will not have the same mouvement that's why it's not made how you would like it.^^
