How ironic, now Africa is the one in trouble for not respecting the rules.
I loved working on the expressions here! Chui is such a prima donna.

Here you are with another awesome Africa page, indeed
And here I am with another Critique, which is rare for me
So first things first, I love Africa's expression on the first panel, and Chui's on the last panel. And I love how you included a part of Africa's muzzle on the second panel. You are so good at expressions
Colors and lighting are majestic as usual. The foggy look [Especially on the third panel] is done really well.
The only rather "negative" thing I have to say about this page is Chui's face on the third panel. Maybe it is the lack of details, or the perspective, or just my faulty eyes doing tricks on me, but he looks so young there. I look at the other panels and see a fully grown sexy cat, but on the third one he looks like a cub. Could be the big eyes, lack of detail lines around his muzzle... I am not sure. Though that could be very well intended since he is trying to act innocent. If it is, forgive me
And right now I realized that [once again] on the third panel, Africa's front leg sort of looks off. I cannot be sure of the position it is in, it looks like she could be raising it off the ground slightly...
This is still an awesome page, keep up the awesome work

And I see what you mean, haha XD I wanted to draw him with his eyes exaggeratedly wide open to give away his fake shocked expression, but I think I overdid it XD Now his eyes make him look a little too young XD I'll make sure to be more careful about that in the future

Interesting...I wonder if this Buffalo is gonna go after Chui for insulting his honor or something? Or if another leopard had taken his horn and he ends up seeing Chui as the same one?

I have a question; when you do the line-art for these pages, do you use a black colored pencil or ink?

I actually use both
I make the first lineart with ink (felt-tip pens or markers), then colour it in, and after that, I use a black pencil to go over the lines again, because they tend to be covered by the layers of colour
