In my years here, I've come across a lot of art where the artist in the comments said something like "I almost forgot about this" and it always baffled me. I never imagined I would forget to upload something I finished . . . Well, this was mostly done a week or two ago, but I added a few more shadows and touched it up with a white charcoal pencil yesterday.Well, here it is. A snowy egret (one of my favorite birds; they're just gorgeous!) referenced from a random Google search. Just a random drawing done for the heck of it and for practice on wings and feathers.
And can I just add how much I love my iPhone? Why, you may ask. I rarely worked on this at home and had the image open on my phone. The battery life on that phone is just awesome and makes it handy to always have reference pictures wherever I am. Too bad I'm utilizing that as much as I ought to . . .
Well, hope you enjoy! And the first scan turned out, with a little tweaking in Photoshop. I might have to try tweaking the panda picture again.

Thank you! I know the feeling with life. I haven't been drawing near as much since I started school and probably will be slower going until I get settled in a new job once I have my degree.

School hates me -.- My teacher gives me algebra homework every night and I spend so long on it.. I can't wait till a holiday so I can finish some sketches and just not have to deal with all of the work. I have no TIME. But I guess I can't complain with the grades I'm geting now anyways
