I had said it before but here it comes again. The armor *.* good god, this armor. it's so awesome and detailed and just plain pretty. I adore the blue tones with that hint of green and the belts are just perfect.

Well, its Braeden. You know he needs to look fabulous. The first sketch of his outfit was just.. omg soooo much. Like, way too many details and a bit crazy. There was a bolero involved XD

excellent work! especially those leafy laurel design bits. those would drive me bugnuts!
great job on foreshortening the sword. (though check the back end of the hilt, those lines got very straight instead of being ellipses.)
i do have to say one other thing here... the white dot hightlight technique, like on his nose and lip... i absolutely hate that look; it makes people look like balloons to me. BUT that is ONLY my personal opinion and taste. just as a comment on that style (and i know it is a style). if you like the style, go for it. : )

Good point on the highlights, though. I mean yes, I like the shiny look, but I also don't want it to be all 'ZOMGSHINIES!!!' XD So, if it kind of hits you the wrong way, it does mean I should play around and see if I can find different ways of doing things that aren't so in your face :]

well, like i say, it's a style i've seen around. and just because i don't like it doesn't mean everybody hates it.
i don't mind shiny, but it's that... "balloon" looking stuff. just rubs me the wrong way. but, anyhow, enough about me! ; )

Hm, you've done something different again here. And my goodness this is wonderful. I'm really loving your colour palettes. And his expression is perfectly part 'I'm KingatheWorld!', part 'You know you want me', with a bit of 'It wasn't me, really' thrown in for good measure.
