Like the name implies, he has enhanced strength to constrict in both his ayakashi form and human form.

Able to secrete venom through his fangs that temporarily paralyzes whomever is bitten that can last up to five minutes. Takes an hour or two to "replenish" venom

Personality:
Observant
Try not to catch his attention or pique his interest. Unless you don't mind eyes. Wherever you go his eyes will follow and he doesn't make it very discreet unless its really needed.
Curious
Sort of a part two or second phase to his observance. He loves to feed his knowledge and is very inquisitive once he approaches something or someone that interests him. Experiments are always fun. Often he can be considered meddlesome and annoying.
Casual
He's highly nonchalant with almost everything that he does. Nothing is really to weird for him or too far fetched in his mind enough to induce a sense of caution in his actions. He comes off as very friendly and easy to talk to.
Stoic
In other words he's very boring. Not very aloof but not the opposite either. He doesn't really show any other feelings than his near constant mellow attitude or excitement and rarely, if ever, gives many complaints.
Ruthless
Pity doesn't really exist within Hisoka's emotional range nor does the idea of mercy. It seems that he displays some form of compassion when, in reality, he doesn't really care. Just as his being is, he is very harsh and cold-blooded in what he does. Ambitious in getting to what it is that he desires. Whatever that may be at the moment.

History
During an old, old time of popular deviance, ruthless tendencies, and grave and extended punishments, a white snake had emerged. A being thriving on the cold and utterly cruel tendencies of others, he was very well fed. As the ayakashi that he was, he increased these tendencies in his influence to his hearts content. Hisoka was a much wilder ayakashi than the man he is today. Over the years he has learned to relax and has mellowed out a lot more. He became one to move along with the times and try to adapt best he can, which caused him to develop his stoic and near apathetic personality. It isn't known whether or not that Hisoka was once a living person, nor does he know himself. He doesn't and has never given this much thought. What matters is that he exists now and he plans to continue and see where the world will go. Everything has changed drastically over his time and its interesting to see. An ayakashi with no aims, he lives his life day by day and feeding into his desires whenever he can or when he sees the time is right.

Extras:
Cold and cold weather is his main weakness. Put him outside and he will become very lethargic and even go to sleep
Hides out in a reptile house in a zoo during these months and only goes out if he has ample amount of clothing to keep him warm enough to function
Sometimes likes to pretend he's a help desk employee to entertain himself
His lowest levels of ayakashi behavior are during the cold months
Layers of clothes are annoying
Play a game of hide and seek and he'll be your best friend
Any "hunting" game will work, actually
A game of paintball or lazer tag would be extremely exciting for him
