Description
This is right when Scar is about to sing his song "Be Prepared". One of my favorite villains in all the Disney movies, he actually gave me a difficult time. In this scene he isn't the normal color he usually is. He has green highlights on him as well. After a good...oh two hours I finally came up with something. I used coloring pencils, pencils, and a sharpie once again. If you haven't seen my other work, please check it out! This is my second addition to my Lion King drawings. Artwork belongs to me, but character belongs to its rightful owner.Related content

Hellow there, this piece of art is very good. I also enjoyed lion king, and this drawing. It is fairly well-drawn but I want to name an area you may want to improve on, the coloring. I do suggest either you draw hairs/fur or draw in one direction. The odd crisscross coloring on his left arm takes away from the piece as well. I do want to note, try coloring in small circular motions, it is slightly better than coloring horizontally or vertically. The lighting, it is very cool and the highlights on Scar is pretty intriguing, the source of light and where the light is hitting is off. I see there is a green light source behind him but, wouldn't that mean that the green highlights would be at the edges of Scar's body? I do suggest working more on collaborating the source of light to where the light is actually hitting. Also, make sure you keep your lineart pretty neat, the side cheek that is resting on his paw is a little off, and either you could make it slightly straighter next time, or just add some jagged edges representing fur. Overall though, this is a very fantastic work of art and it well represents that scene in Lion King, keep up the good work Ashley!

If you looks closely at scars body like his arm has a bit of green along the line. I was reaaaly tiref when i was drawing this so i was a little on the lazy side
