Ok the legend of Zelda. Need I say anymore? Lol. This is Link, not Zelda for all you semi-fans lol. I hate when people call him Zelda.... I think I did great shading in the colors on this. Yay for me! His mouth though...ack. Cant say I didn't try though. I'm always happy with my work, I just know there's always room for improvements. Lets just ignore the mouth for now though lol. I really enjoyed doing this piece. It made me really happy when I finished it. I do have more Zelda pictures otw, but Im not sure when I will get them on here. Coloring pencils were my tools for this, and my dear time spent was close to an hour. Wish to say I owned link, but all I own is the artwork.Related content

I love the way you drew this! I feel like you captured Link very well. (almost called him Zelda there ^^'). His mouth looks fine, btw. His hair is done with very good detail and the hands look really good. I like the little details, like the earing and the markings on the quiver. I also really like the details on the gloves and the shirt, the wrinkles and such. And your shading is pretty good as well, although in the future, maybe define it a bit more, make it stand out better. And even though you used colored pencils, it still turned out really good! Although, I do have some tips. Maybe find a way to make the arrow tip just a little less blocky, just a little. And for some reason, I feel like the bow is bending in a way that it shouldn't. That might just be me, but still. But overall, you did a fantastic job! Keep up the good work!

Thank you sooooo much! I really appreciate the time you spent critiquing my work! It means a lot to me when someone spends that much time! I hadn't noticed how blocky the arrow tip looked until you mentioned it lol. I was really angered at the bow too, but it actually was shaped like that in the screen shot I used for reference. That's again, I would really love to hear what you have to say with some of my other work. If you like the Zelda theme, I will posting more as it is one of my favorite game series. I'd love to have another watcher!

I used to call him Zelda, but that was back in the day where nearly every game I played was named after the main character. (Sonic, Crash Bandicoot, Rayman etc)
