Quarot: Well, I don't think I could teach you any timespace manipulation spells (wormholes & teleportation), since they would take quite a while, and my master probably wouldn't approve... Β Ah! How about some flash charge spell tags? They are relatively simple to use and can be deadly when properly used. Downside is each tag burns up with use, so they're more limited.
Also, I meant stripping flesh with wind, rather than with a tool.

Flash... charge? Hmm... *he holds up his hand, and a few strands of electricity course between his fingers* If it has to do anything with this, then I believe I'm good... And my Vaavy is pretty adept at spells. *he pauses, thinking* And I know how to warp... I'm not sure if there's anything that I'm particularly interested in at the moment...

Quarot: Well, allow me to explain. I call them flash spells... *he pulls something out of his pocket, looking like a tiny rectangular scroll of paper and wood* because they look like a flash drive for a computer. Β These are 'charges', in that the spell in them is explosive. They are small, disposable spell totems that don't require much magic skill. Good for when you're hexed, or have something sapping your internal magic.

Now I'm first going to detonate a charge on the front of its torso. *he puts it to his forehead, and is silent for a brief moment* ...VIT'OCH!! *with a hard 'ch,' a blast instantly erupts on the statue, roughly the intensity of one of Link's bombs, after the smoke clears, the statue has a few nicks and some of the small details are blown off, but it otherwise stands* There, as you see I don't need to throw anything, I need only command where it happens with my mind, and it will instantly detonate within a 15 meter range. And look at my hand, *he holds it up to show ash where the tag once was* it has harmlessly burned up.
(Don't worry too much, I'll only give him so many.)
