This is a vague historical retelling of how me and Russia first met...
-sometime during the 900s or something-
St.Vladmir the Great: Rus, I've decided that it's time to change your religion.
Russia: Why? What's wrong with Slavic paganism?
St.Vladmir the Great: That has gotten a bit out of hand, so I've decided to look into the religions that our neighbours are always convincing us to join. Perhaps a sect of Christianity?
Russia: Fine by me, as long as I don't end up with any ugly churches like the ones Germany has!

St.Vladmir the Great: Kievan Rus, this is the Papal States. He's here to preach Roman Catholicism.
Papal States [the Vatican]: Ciao! May the peace of the lord be with you ~ {The Vatican sees Ukraine standing next to Russia, he instantly falls in love. He continues on to preach to Russia and his sister, determined to win them over and get closer to Ukraine}
