Hallow's Hysteria horses only come with four breeding slots (they may get up to nine slots through the point system).
Their offspring will only display the Anomaly if bred from September to November every year, otherwise the foals will only be carriers and the Anomaly will not show.

I must as, because I am confused: are the spiderwebs just color on the horse or are they actual separate things that are sort of just on top of the color? Would the spiderweb change/get ripped? How would it regenerate itself? Is that why this horse has minor companion summoning?

I like the idea of limiting breeding and rewarding folks who are selective; this seasonal breeding in particular is a great idea - I've seen it in other breeds and thought it was great, nice addition to Cavittos I think ^^
I love the name of the mutation! Hallow's Hysteria, very nice ^^ Fantastic design, great shade of red dun - if this one doesn't end up with a name like Pumpkin or similar I will be disappointed

We wanted to look at ways to keep the anomaly from spreading like wildfire so we thought it might be nice, and also fit in with the mutation very well, if the seen part of the anomaly can only pass in season. I kept thinking it would look so strange to see someone breed one in April and be like.. look my halloween horse!
Cariannarz came up with the name for the mutation. And lol, Pumpkin would suit her nicely, I think!

It's a very good idea - yes Halloween ponies around Easter might be a bit odd ^^ I hope it starts a trend and other breeds pick it up too though
